Our 3.2-meter SMMS BICO line — India's first and only — is engineered for softness and uniformity. These materials are developed for premium hygiene applications, especially feminine care and baby diapers where skin comfort is critical.
Bi-component filament technology
Two polymers combined in a single filament unlock a cotton-like softness that standard PP spunbond cannot match — with no softness additives required.
Engineered for skin contact
Developed for topsheets, waistbands and other skin-contact layers where comfort decides the product.
Soft outside, strong inside
A soft outer layer over a strong core: all the softness, none of the lost strength.
